Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads and Google Ads to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns both domestically and internationally, with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.


  • Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms.
  • Strategize for and execute campaigns targeting both domestic and international audiences across different time zones, demographics, and cultural segments.
  • Develop and manage ad creatives, copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Monitor performance KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and create detailed performance reports.
  • Implement retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and audience segmentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates from Meta and Google ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaign goals with broader business objectives.
  • Qualifications:3+ years of experience in Meta and Google advertising.
  • Demonstrated success managing ad budgets across multiple markets and countries.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt strategies for different cultural contexts and markets.
  • Nice to Have:Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with other platforms like LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic advertising.
  • Knowledge of multilingual or local market nuances.
