Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Meta & Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing significant ad spends, with a minimum of ₹5 Lakh (INR) per month across Meta platforms and Google Ads, to drive measurable results and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Strategy: Plan, create, execute, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max).
Budget & Bidding: Strategically allocate and manage monthly ad budgets of at least ₹5 Lakh, utilizing various bidding strategies (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to ensure cost-effective performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Performance Optimization: Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates), and implement data-driven optimizations to achieve and exceed KPIs.
Audience Targeting: Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to create targeted campaigns, including the use of custom and lookalike audiences and implementing retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
Creative & Copy Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video assets that resonate with the target audience and align with overall brand strategy.
Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up and manage conversion tracking, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM), to ensure accurate performance measurement and reporting.
A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, ad copy, targeting parameters, and landing pages to identify winning strategies and continuously improve campaign performance.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates (e.g., Meta's ad policies, Google's algorithm changes), and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
