Job Description
- Perform MIG welding on metal components, structures, and fabricated parts as per drawings/specifications.
- Set up welding machines, adjust voltage, wire speed, and gas flow as required.
- Carry out cutting, grinding, and finishing of welded joints.
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and strength.
- Understand and read engineering drawings, material thickness, and weld symbols.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and workplace cleanliness.
- Adhere to factory safety protocols, PPE usage, and ISO standards.
- Work with production team on assembly, fitting, and fabrication tasks.
- Complete daily welding tasks within defined timelines.
