MIS/Data Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Finance, etc.).
• Automate reporting tasks and streamline processes.
• Deliver daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with accuracy.
• Perform root cause analysis on data issues and business anomalies.
• Track key metrics and support business KPIs.
• Handle ad hoc data analysis requests for decision support.

Key Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, Formulas, Dashboards)
• Strong command of SQL and working with databases.
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Data Studio (or similar)
• Understanding of e-commerce operations & analytics
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Self-starter with a bias for action and ownership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Stats, or similar field.
• Prior experience in e-commerce / internet-based businesses.
• Ready to join immediately
