MIS Executive

We are looking for a tech-savvy MIS Executive who goes beyond simple data entry. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can leverage advanced Excel, Google Sheets, AI tools, and coding (JavaScript/Apps Script) to build automated reporting systems, streamline business processes, and provide real-time visibility into operational health. You will not just report on data; you will design the systems that capture and analyze it.

Key Responsibilities1. System & Process Creation

• Design and deploy automated trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Write custom scripts (using Google Apps Script or VBA) to automate repetitive tasks, such as sending email triggers based on data changes, auto-generating PDF invoices, or syncing data between different tools.
• Standardize unstructured business workflows into logical, digital processes that reduce human error.

2. Data Management & Monitoring

• Maintain and monitor master databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Create live dashboards (using Looker Studio, PowerBI, or web-based custom views) to monitor KPIs and system health in real-time.
• Troubleshoot broken links, formula errors, and script failures immediately to ensure "always-on" business visibility.

3. AI & Innovation

• Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot APIs) into spreadsheets to automate data cleaning, sentiment analysis, or content generation.
• Stay updated on low-code/no-code platforms to suggest faster ways to build internal tools.
• Required Skills & QualificationsAdvanced Spreadsheet Skills: Mastery of Pivot Tables, H/VLOOKUP, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, and array formulas in both Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coding Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of JavaScript (specifically for Google Apps Script) and VBA for Excel macros.
• AI Literacy: Experience using AI for prompt engineering to generate code, analyze text data, or optimize complex formulas.
• Visualization: Ability to present complex data clearly using charts, graphs, and dashboard tools.
• Problem Solving: A logical mindset that views manual work as a "bug" that needs to be automated.
