MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and technically proficient MIS Executive with strong experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing reporting systems, analyzing large data sets, and building actionable dashboards for business operations. Prior experience in the Trading / Import / Distribution or E-commerce sector is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports, FMS trackers, and dashboards for management and operational teams.
• Work extensively with Excel and Google Sheets, using advanced formulas such as:
• VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH
• Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting
• IMPORT RANGE, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, Data Validation
• Build and manage interactive dashboards using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) to track KPIs like:
• Sales performance (Website + Marketplaces)
• Inventory health
• Order fulfillment
• Returns and cancellations
• Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of structured and semi-structured data to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and reports to support decision-making for cross-functional teams including Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Coordinate with tech and operations teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection and integration.
• Automate recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies in reporting processes and suggest improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS, preferably within the E-Commerce, Trading, Import, or Distribution sector.
• Tools & Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) or other BI tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL or scripting for automation (nice to have)
