MIS Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented MIS Executive for our FnV Distribution Centre in Bangalore.

This role is crucial for enabling real-time visibility of stock, operations, order flow, and wastage trends —

thereby supporting efficient execution and proactive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

�� Data Management & Reporting

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on:

Stock inflow/outflow

Order fulfilment

FIFO/FEFO movement

Damaged/expired stock

Track daily indent vs dispatch, order delays, and rejections

�� Inventory Management & Stock Reconciliation

Maintain records of all inward and outward stock movements with proper documentation

Ensure physical vs system stock match; report variances daily

Generate Stock Ageing Reports, identify slow-moving or dead inventory

Track B-grade stock liquidation and record write-offs

�� Documentation & Coordination

Ensure digital records of GRNs, delivery challans, gate passes, and invoices

Keep updated logs of material received (inward) and material dispatched (outward)

Support audits and compliance with proper document filing

Coordinate across procurement, sales, finance, and operations teams

⚙️ Tool Management & Automation

Use Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.)

Operate WMS/ERP systems for real-time data entry

Automate recurring reports and maintain accurate dashboards

�� Operations Analytics

Analyze indent vs actual dispatch, wastage trends, delays, and order rejections

Monitor spoilage/loss reports and share early alerts with operations

Help management with forecasting and daily planning insights

Key Skills:

Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analytics

Familiarity with ERP/WMS tools (Zoho, SAP, Tally, or custom systems)

Accurate record-keeping and documentation skills

Analytical mindset with high attention to detail

Strong coordination with field/warehouse teams

Experience in FnV, cold chain, or FMCG logistics is a plus
