Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Crystal Works, Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

Crystal Works is looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our Delhi office. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in MIS reporting, data management, and basic analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Compile, analyze, and present data for management review

• Manage databases and ensure accuracy of all data entries

• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification

• Develop and update dashboards, trackers, and performance reports

• Identify data discrepancies and ensure corrective actions

• Support management with ad‑hoc reports and analysis

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS or data reporting

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts)

• Basic understanding of reporting tools and data analysis

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Google Sheets

• Basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems

Work Schedule

• Full‑time, based in Delhi office
