Job Description

  • The person should be making updating google sheet, Excel sheet. Provide assistance to team member about these sheet for exp- putting for formula and editing data .
  • Person should be working software companies data across branches of marketing, Purchase etc.
  • Person would be working on CRM software and will make sure that data is up to date .
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all reports generated
  • Work with cross-functional teams to diagnose & resolve any issues that may arise
  • Database management using Advance Excel - Macros, Advance Filter, Functions & Formulas, Pivot table, Goal Seek, Importing & exporting data & other validations.
  • Strong ability to analyses Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
  • Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service.

  • Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.


  • 1+ years MIS EXCEL experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple service requests at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for technology, data, process and problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Detail oriented and diligent
