Job Description

A Management Information System Executive job requires advanced Microsoft Excel for managing project finances, tracking costs, and processing accurate invoices.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Excel Skills : Proficiency in MS Excel is a core requirement, used for detailed data entry, analysis and reporting.

Data Management : Gather data from project sites (progress, materials, labor, costs etc). Implement data validation, error checking, and audit procedures to ensure accuracy. Managing large datasets (stock, purchase, sales, and labor data) and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze data to generate daily, weekly, monthly reports (status, budget vs. actual, KPIs) for management.

System Management : Maintain and update project management systems, databases, and reporting dashboards. Site Coordination: Visit sites to validate data, troubleshoot, and ensure data consistency across all project levels.

Insights & Support : Provide insights for decision-making, identify trends, and support project planning.

Reporting & Visualization : Create dynamic charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards for clear data presentation and interpretation.

Process Improvement : Design and maintain complex spreadsheets and custom Excel tools to streamline business operations.

Reconciliation : Preparing reconciliation statements for materials, payments, and budgets.

Qualification : Any Graduate

Age : 23 and above

Experience : Minimum 3 Years
