The candidate should manage the cart, steam, fry, and pan-fry momos, serve customers, and maintain high hygiene standards. Responsibilities include preparing momos to order, handling sauces and plating, taking orders, managing cash/UPI payments, and ensuring daily cleanliness of the cart. Prior experience in food stalls or street food is preferred, and basic knowledge of digital payment systems is a plus.

Knowledge of cooking is preferred.
