Job Description: Momo MakerExperience: Minimum 6 months in momo making

Accommodation: Provided by the employer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and make momos in the kitchen as per the company’s recipe and standards.
• Ability to make at least 1000 momos per day (shaping, filling, and steaming).
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen area.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef/Management and ensure consistency in taste and quality.
• Manage ingredients, fillings, and dough preparation efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months hands-on experience making momos.
• Should be fast, efficient, and consistent in momo preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Punctual and reliable.
