Moulder Operator

Job Summary : The Moulder Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining moulding machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities : Set up and operate moulding machines according to job specifications and production schedules
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and blueprints
• Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, tooling) to ensure accurate and consistent output
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
• Inspect finished products for defects and dimensional accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment
• Change tooling, knives, or moulds as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
