Responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Leading the nationwide sales team to meet the top and bottom-line target achievements for the product. Manage relationship with external and internal stakeholders to achieve the business strategies. MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or Equivalent. 1. P&L responsibility: Includes book building, managing operational efficiency, maintaining quality of portfolio. 2. Source business from identified channel partners and end customers through the ground sales force teams, across product lines 3. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities 4. Formulation and implementation of sales promotion plans to generate increased sales for achievement of revenue targets and generating the new business 5. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs, by ensuring TAT is delivered to the stakeholders (channel & end customers) through continuous process improvement and better product offerings 6. Manage key variables like rates, pf, payouts and deviation approvals for the product 7. Meeting external stakeholders on relationship management including channel expansion, query resolution and resolving any issues 8. Negotiate and close agreements with customers 9. Monitor and analyze performance metrics including manpower productivity and suggest/ implement improvements 10. Allocation of monthly targets for each region/area/branch for each product in the product mix and ensure implementation of the monthly sales plan. 11. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts 12. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency 13. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board 14. Ensure 100% adherence to Legal, Audit and Compliance norms for the department 15. Manage and develop the reportees to take on higher level and challenging jobs in the function | | |
