Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter (Bulk Hiring)

Languages Required: Tamil, Telugu, and English (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Non-IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling high-volume hiring for non-IT roles and must be fluent in Tamil and Telugu, along with working proficiency in English. This is a remote role, requiring strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions (sourcing to onboarding)
• Manage bulk / volume hiring requirements across multiple roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews in Tamil, Telugu, and English
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and manage candidate databases and hiring trackers
• Ensure smooth candidate engagement and follow-ups till joining
• Meet hiring targets and timelines as per business requirements
• Prepare recruitment reports and MIS as required
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Competencies

• 1–3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably bulk hiring
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and Telugu (mandatory)
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in work-from-home recruitment environments
• Immediate to short notice period preferred
