Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team at Krish Trip. The ideal candidate will handle administrative operations, data entry, hotel coordination and ensure smooth backend functioning of travel bookings and packages.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Entry & Rate Management:

• Enter and update hotel and package rates in the internal system.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for hotels, vendors, and clients.


Hotel Coordination:

• Coordinate with hotels for booking confirmations, availability, and rate negotiations.

• Follow up with hotel partners for vouchers, invoices, and payment details.


Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email handling.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
