✔ Making GST bills / invoices

✔ Handling calls & WhatsApp queries

✔ Visa documents handling & file coordination

✔ Managing clients & follow-ups

✔ Office administration work

✔ Acting as Personal Assistant to Director


Requirements:

✔ Basic knowledge of GST billing

✔ Visa documentation knowledge preferred

✔ Good communication (English/Hindi)

✔ MS Word, Excel & email skills
