Key Responsibilities -
1. Office Operations & Infrastructure
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations
- Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry, and asset inventory
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility vendors
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities
2. Vendor & AMC Management
- Coordinate with vendors (IT, housekeeping, maintenance, courier, etc.)
- Track invoices and ensure timely submission for payment
- Negotiate vendor pricing where required
3. IT & Asset Coordination
- Maintain IT asset tracker (laptops, SIMs, access cards, etc.)
- Coordinate with IT for onboarding/offboarding asset allocation
- Ensure basic troubleshooting and follow-ups
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain visitor records and security registers
- Ensure documentation hygiene for office-related compliance
- Support People Operations in administrative coordination
5. Event & Engagement Support
- Assist in office events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and leadership visits
Eligibility Criteria -
2–5 years of experience in office administration / facility management
Experience in startup or fast-paced environment preferred
Strong coordination and vendor management skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
High sense of ownership and accountability

- Is not comfortable with a 6-day work week
Important Points -
- Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi
- Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
