Telecaller cum Office Assistant – Retail Showroom (Sitting Profile)

We are hiring a Telecaller cum Office Assistant for our lighting showroom (retail, sitting profile).

Working Hours:

10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Fixed weekly off

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and prospective clients
• Handle incoming enquiries professionally
• Follow up with potential clients across Delhi NCR
• Encourage and schedule showroom visits
• Maintain proper call records and client data
• Coordinate closely with the designer and production teams for smooth execution
• Provide basic office support and administrative assistance
