Job Description

Job Summary An Office Boy is responsible for helping with daily office tasks and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace. The role includes supporting staff, handling basic errands, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.


Key Responsibilities


Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors. โ˜•

Maintain cleanliness of office rooms, desks, pantry, and meeting areas. ๐Ÿงน

Deliver and collect documents within the office or to nearby locations. ๐Ÿ“„

Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Open and close the office when required.

Handle office supplies and inform the admin when stock is low.

Help arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.

Perform other small tasks assigned by management.
