Office Boy / Peon

Role Overview:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting clinic staff, managing basic administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of reception, consultation rooms, pharmacy area, washrooms, and common spaces.
• Serve water/tea/coffee to patients and staff as required.
• Assist in patient flow management (guiding patients to waiting/consultation rooms).
• Handle basic document work: photocopying, filing, and delivering documents between departments.
• Ensure clinic equipment, lights, AC, and rooms are switched on/off as per schedule.
• Support reception team with small tasks such as arranging patient files, replenishing forms, and organizing inventory.
• Assist doctor and staff with non-clinical work as needed.
• Manage disposal of biomedical waste as per clinic protocol (only non-hazardous tasks).
• Run small errands outside the clinic when necessary.
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure timely cleaning before and after clinic hours.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Punctual and disciplined.
• Basic communication skills (Hindi preferred).
• Trustworthy and responsible.
• Ability to follow instructions and clinic protocols.
• Prior experience in clinic/hospital setting preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

As per clinic schedule.
