Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining vendor and staff relationships, and serving as a reliable point of contact for inter-departmental coordination.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Coordination & Relationship Management:
  • Act as the liaison between staff and management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and assist in internal communication efforts.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain and organize office records and documentation.
  • Handle filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
  • Vendor & Purchase Coordination:
  • Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including communication, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Track and reconcile office supplies and services, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely procurement.
  • Technical & Software Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic working knowledge of Tally (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Utilize email and calendar systems for scheduling and communication.
  • Inter-Departmental Communication:
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between departments.
  • Support in organizing cross-departmental meetings and sharing updates.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or inventory systems is a plus.
