Operation Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Studio & Shoot Coordination:

● Manage shoot schedules and studio bookings

● Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and production teams

● Ensure smooth execution of shoot days

Client Communication:

● Handle client inquiries and booking coordination

● Assist clients during shoot planning and scheduling

Social Media & Digital Presence:

● Manage and update the studio’s social media platforms

● Post behind-the-scenes content, studio updates, and project highlights

● Help improve online visibility of Tavish Studio and Litmus Agency

Production Support:

● Assist in organizing resources required for shoots

● Coordinate with team members during campaign or product shoots Business Growth Support

● Contribute ideas for brand promotion and outreach

● Support initiatives that help expand the studio’s network and client base.
