Role Description: This full-time on-site role is for an Operations Manager based in New Delhi. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that the supply chain runs smoothly, managing logistics, strategising for growth and expansion, and ensuring the quality of products. Responsibilities: 1. Processing online and offline orders and monitoring daily timely dispatch of goods. 2. Faster fulfilment and smooth functioning of supply chain 3. Managing and communicating with Warehouse team for inventory and logistics. 4. Making weekly and monthly reports of dispatch, RTO and inventory. 5. Tracking Payments/refunds/settlements of all online and offline orders. 6. Billing and maintaining MIS for operational activities 7. Communicating with the online customers in case of any query and delay and dispatches. 8. Creating and following up on all sorts of support tickets within organisation and external stack-holders.
