Operation Head

About the Role

Eveirose is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations to lead all backend functions of our online clothing brand. This role oversees supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, and customer operations — ensuring smooth day-to-day execution and scalable systems as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage supply chain, production, and vendor relationships.

2. Oversee 3PL and ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment.

3. Optimize inventory planning and stock levels.

4. Improve operational processes and implement tools (e.g. ERP, Shopify).

5. Collaborate cross-functionally to support launches and campaigns.

6. Monitor KPIs and drive cost efficiency across operations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year in e-commerce or fashion operations 

Experience managing 3PLs, inventory, and production timelines.

Strong problem-solving, systems, and leadership skills.

Familiar with tools like Shopify, ms xl, Inventory Planner, and ERP systems.
