Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Last Mile Operations Manager who can handle enterprise clients, manage deliveries end-to-end, and ensure seamless execution across orders, logistics, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end operations from order confirmation to final delivery

Manage last mile delivery execution across multiple cities

Handle large enterprise client accounts with ownership

Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and logistics partners

Ensure timely dispatch, tracking, and issue resolution

Maintain clear and proactive client communication

Improve processes to reduce delays and increase efficiency

Who We’re Looking For:

Strong communication & client handling skills

Experience in operations / logistics / supply chain (1–4 years preferred)

Hands-on experience with Shiprocket is mandatory

Someone who can handle pressure and fast-paced environments

Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive

Comfortable working on-ground from warehouse/office (Okhla)

Immediate joiner preferred
