Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented female Operations & Admin Executive to support daily business operations across retail stores and warehouses. The role involves MIS reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of operations. The candidate will work closely with and report to the Sales Head.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational data
• Coordinate with retail stores and warehouses for smooth operations
• Monitor stock movement, inventory updates, and store requirements
• Handle administrative tasks including documentation, coordination, and vendor follow-ups
• Ensure timely reporting and data accuracy for business decisions
• Assist in daily operational activities and issue resolution
• Maintain records of stock, dispatch, and store performance
• Reporting:Directly reporting to the Sales Head
• Requirements:Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in operations/admin (retail preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
• Good coordination and communication skills
