Role Description

The Manager is responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of loan documentation, KYC documents, verification reports, all critical legal and financial documents following the disbursement of loans or funds. This role ensures regulatory compliance, mitigates operational risk, and maintains complete and accurate records for auditing purposes.

Your key responsibilities

  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Managing disbursal of loans within TAT and resolution of service-related query for customer satisfaction.
  • Track, monitor and manage the receipt of all post-disbursal documents (e.g., mortgage deeds, collateral agreements, insurance policies, no-objection certificates) within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Accurately update the status of documents in the loan management software or document control systems, ensuring all data is current and accessible.
  • Proactively communicate with internal teams to follow-up for outstanding documentation, resolving delays or discrepancies efficiently.
  • Coordination with audit team for resolution of audit observations.
  • Vendor management for ROC, storage of Title documents & loan files.
  • Preparing response to regulatory notices within TAT in coordination with concerned teams
  • Identify and recommend improvements via Process Automation to the post-disbursal documentation process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong knowledge of Disbursement Process of Un-Secured, ODCC & Secured Products and Title documents of NCR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in planning, prioritizing, follow-up and managing multiple tasks to meet organizational goals and timelines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and minimize errors in documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for tracking and reporting) and experience using loan processing platforms like Salesforce, PFL etc.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage high volume of documents and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A basic understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.
  • Strong alignment with organizational goals and commitment to maintaining process integrity.
  • Experience in handling internal and external audits with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • The role will be responsible to closely work with all stakeholders and coordination ensuring closures of all Audit points.  

Qualification & experience

Post Graduate with minimum 2 years of work experience in Retail Asset Operation and PDD Tracking Management.
