ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Operations Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams, playing a key role in financial tracking, performance analysis, and operational efficiency. You will ensure accurate invoice and expense management across departments while supporting business teams in day-to-day operations. Your analytical skills will help evaluate ROI, track KPIs, optimize financial performance, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. You will also build dashboards, generate reports, and streamline processes to enhance overall business effectiveness.

• Invoice & Expense Management: Keep track of all invoices and upcoming expenses, ensuring timely recording, accuracy, and proper documentation across departments.
• Departmental Expense Tracking: Maintain detailed records of invoices for each department under appropriate expense heads, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial policies.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and report key trends and insights to stakeholders.
• Business Partnering: Work closely with Finance and Business teams on a daily basis to ensure smooth operational coordination and informed decision-making.
• Operational Support: Assist business teams in their day-to-day activities by providing analytical and operational support.
• Strategic Support & ROI Analysis: Help evaluate return on investment (ROI) for key initiatives and support teams in tracking KPIs and improving operational and financial performance.
• Business Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Dashboard Development: Build and maintain MIS dashboards and management reports to enable real-time performance tracking and informed decision-making.
• Business Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Analyze large data sets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and identify opportunities for business improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline invoice management, data tracking, reporting, and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
