ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic Operations associate in our team to leverage our bike auction funnel. The dedicated person would be handling entire gamut of auction closure along with the collaboration with the other cross functional teams. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Coordinating with banks to unlock inventory and negotiate aggressively to hit monthly goals

• Coordinating with stock yards to ensure timely releases within our target TATs

• Working with internal teams to figure the right valuation of bikes

• Bidding on bid platforms & ensuring solid reporting and tracking of closure funnels

• Performing BD with banks and stockyards to improve relationships & unlocking scale with us

KEY REQUIREMENT 

• 1-2 years of experience in hardcore operations in s startup

• Street smart with blue collar engineers and stockyards (exposure to working with blue collar is a plus)

• Basic understanding of 2wheeler is preferred

• Should have decent understanding of calculation/Reporting in excel
