Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a reliable person who can support the CEO in daily work and keep operations running smoothly. This role needs someone who is organised, responsive, and comfortable speaking to customers and vendors.
You will be the right hand person to the CEO in this growing company. As a growing Australian Brand, there are ample growth opportunities for the right person.
Candidates with minimum of 3 years experience should apply, else it will be automatically rejected. You must be willing to work autonomously and by yourself without micro-management.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day tasks assigned by the CEO
- Find and coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Speak clearly and confidently in English and Hindi
- Respond to customer questions over phone and email
- Process customer orders in the backend system
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time
- Coordinate with the packing and logistics team
- Handle basic customer complaints and follow up till closure
- Use online tools such as shiprocket, shopify, wordpress, microfost office
- Training on shiprocket, shopify will be provided
- Ecommerce operations experience is necessary
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable speaking to customers on calls
- Basic computer skills (email, order systems, spreadsheets)
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willing to take ownership and follow instructions clearly
- Prior experience in operations, admin, or customer support is necessary
