Job Description:

Be Happy Travel & Tourism is looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented Operations Executive for our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day B2B operations, handle quotations, coordinate bookings, and ensure smooth execution of all travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for agents.
• Handle confirmations of hotel bookings, tours, transfers, visas, and other services.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Dubai office, and internal teams for seamless operations.
• Respond to B2B partner queries promptly and professionally.
• Manage booking updates, service changes, cancellations, and re-confirmations.
• Maintain and update operational records, itineraries, and service reports.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support overall operations workflow and assist with special projects when required.

Requirements:

• Experience in operations within the travel & tourism industry (B2B) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai attractions, hotels, and travel products is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in email, MS Office, and booking/CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
