Job Title: Operations internship

Location: Patel Nagar

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Tuesday Week Off)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic intern to support batch operations and assist in fee collection and student profile management. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in operations, coordination, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily batch operations and schedules.
• Maintain and update student attendance & data records.
• Support onboarding of new students into batches.
• Follow up with students for pending fee payments.
• Assist in maintaining payment and due records.
• Coordinate with students for profile completion and documentation.
• Handle basic student queries and ensure smooth communication.
• Update and manage data on Google Sheets regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed graduation.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Good follow-up skills.
