Job Overview : We are looking for a dedicated Operations & Inventory Executive to streamline our daily delivery, billing, and stock management processes. If you are organized, comfortable with numbers, and ready to take responsibility for material movement, we want you on our team!

Job Details

• Job Type: Full Time
• Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Documentation: Generate Delivery Challans (DC) and maintain accurate daily payment records.
• Inventory Management: Handle daily stock updates and track all incoming/outgoing materials.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily reports covering both stock status and payment collections.
• Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between the warehouse and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Mindset: Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Experience: Previous experience in operations or inventory is a plus, but freshers with a quick learning ability are welcome to apply.
