Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager to oversee and manage the inward and outward flow of inventory within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will take ownership of daily operations, ensuring accurate tracking of items, coordination with teams, and seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the movement of goods into and out of the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory flow based on bills, delivery notes, and receipts.
• Coordinate with manual labour teams, warehouse staff, and relevant office departments to streamline operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all warehouse activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and flow processes.
• Take ownership of operational challenges and drive solutions independently.
• Collaborate with other department heads to support cross-functional initiatives.
