Job Description
- Staff and budget management: Hire, train, and supervise both clinical and administrative staff, while also developing and managing the operational budget.
- Quality assurance and compliance: Implement and monitor procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.

- Problem-solving: Address and resolve operational issues, handle patient complaints, and implement corrective actions to maintain service excellence.
