About the Role: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Voice Process Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with clients, and supporting daily operational requirements.
- Key Responsibilities-Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
- Communiate with clients and customers regarding services and queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records.
- Maintain client database and update CRM systems.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
