About the Company

We’re building a clean, process-driven gol gappe brand focused on consistency, hygiene, and scale. Our central kitchen supports multiple food carts and runs on tight coordination between people, inventory, and vendors.

Role Overview

The Admin & Finance In-Charge will handle the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the central kitchen. This role ensures that materials are available on time, vendors are managed smoothly, records are maintained properly, and staff attendance and payments run without friction.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone with prior restaurant or kitchen back-office experience.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Purchasing

Track daily inventory of raw materials and packaging items

Plan and execute timely purchasing to avoid shortages or overstocking

Maintain basic stock records and usage reports

Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with vendors for raw materials, packaging, and services

Ensure quality, pricing, and delivery timelines are followed

Maintain vendor records and payment tracking

Admin & Bookkeeping

Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking

Maintain invoices, bills, and operational documentation

Support compliance and audit-related paperwork

Staff Administration

Track staff attendance and working hours

Assist with salary processing and staff records

Support basic staff coordination and training when required

Requirements

2–6 years of experience in restaurant, kitchen, or F&B admin roles

Experience with inventory management and vendor handling

Comfortable with basic bookkeeping and documentation

Organised, dependable, and detail-oriented

Ability to coordinate with kitchen and operations teams

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience

Stable role with long-term growth as operations scale
