Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch in line with e‑commerce timelines.
• Packaging Quality: Ensure packaging materials are eco‑friendly, durable, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Accuracy: Verify product details, quantities, and labeling before shipment.
• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to track stock movement and packaging material usage.
• Process Compliance: Follow SOPs for packaging, handling fragile items, and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Dispatch Support: Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Reporting: Maintain daily records of packed orders, damages, and packaging material consumption.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements to reduce errors, optimize costs, and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce operations/warehouse/packaging.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, eco‑friendly practices, and safe handling procedures.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and reporting.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in D2C brands or FMCG e‑commerce.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
