Job Summary

The Packaging Executive is responsible for accurate, hygienic, and timely packing of customer orders in line with company SOPs and brand standards. The role ensures correct items, proper labeling, quality checks, and cleanliness of the packaging station before dispatch.

• Key Responsibilities Pack customer orders accurately as per defined SOPs and brand guidelines
• Perform quality control (QC) checks before sealing and dispatching orders
• Ensure correct labeling, portioning, and order completeness
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the packaging workstation
• Use packaging materials efficiently by following FIFO practices and minimizing wastage
• Identify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately
• Handle priority and bulk orders as per operational instructions
• Coordinate with kitchen and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers may apply)

KPIs:

Order accuracy, minimal errors, hygiene maintenance, reduced wastage
