Job Location- Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad

Purpose:

Role ka Objective)Packaging Executive ka main role yeh ensure karna hai ki saare customer orders sahi, hygienic aur company ke SOPs & brand standards ke according pack ho.Yeh role directly customer satisfaction se linked hai, kyunki sahi packaging se order accuracy badhti hai, errors kam hote hain aur hygiene maintain hoti hai.

• Key Responsibilities (Main Responsibilities)Saare orders SOP ke according pack karna, jisme correct items, accompaniments aur branding include ho.
• Dispatch se pehle QC (Quality Check) karna.
• Puri shift ke dauran packaging station ki safai aur hygiene maintain karna.
• Packaging material ka use FIFO (First In First Out) ke hisaab se karna taaki wastage na ho.
• Agar packaging material ki koi shortage ho, toh turant Senior Packaging Executive ko inform karna.
• Shift Manager aur Senior Packaging Executive ke instructions follow karna, especially priority ya bulk orders ke liye.
• Ensure karna ki branding items (labels, cutlery, seals, etc.) har order me properly lage ho.
• Deliverables (Expected Output)Error-free packaging, koi item missing ya wrong na ho.
• Packaging station par zero hygiene issues.
• Packaging material ka accurate use with minimum wastage.
• Shortages ya issues ka real-time escalation.
• Requirements (Eligibility)Qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years
• KPIs / Measurables (Performance Parameters)Order Accuracy: ≥ 98%
• Packaging Error Rate: ≤ 1%
• Packaging Station Hygiene Score: ≥ 95%
• Wastage: Issued stock ka ≤ 1%

Cadence (Daily / Weekly Work Flow)Start of Shift:

• Packaging station set-up karna
• Stock check karna
• Hygiene compliance ensure karna

During Shift:

• Har order ka QC karna
• SOPs follow karna
• Shortage ya issue turant escalate karna

End of Shift:

• Packaging station clean karna
• Senior Packaging Executive ke saath stock reconciliation
• Wastage report karna

Weekly:

• SOP refresher training attend karna
• Feedback sessions me participate karna
• Tools & SystemsPetpooja: Order details aur accompaniments check karne ke liye
• Supplynote: Packaging material tracking ke liye (senior roles ke through monitored)
• Glossary (Simple Terms)QC: Dispatch se pehle Quality Check
• FIFO: First In, First Out – purana stock pehle use karna
• SOP: Standard Operating Procedure
