📌 Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer specializing in packaging design for IT and hardware products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, functional, and market-ready packaging designs that align with brand standards, technical specifications, and printing requirements.

📌 Key Roles & Responsibilities

Packaging Design & Development

• Design end-to-end packaging for IT and hardware products
• Create layouts for boxes, trays, labels, inserts, manuals, and barcodes
• Ensure packaging is visually appealing, informative, and user-friendly

Technical Accuracy & Print Readiness

• Prepare print-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, bleed, margins, CMYK color mode, and resolution
• Ensure adherence to printing standards and material specifications
• Proof and review packaging files to eliminate errors before production

Branding & Compliance

• Maintain consistency with brand identity, colors, typography, and visual standards
• Ensure accurate display of all mandatory product and regulatory information
• Comply with packaging and labeling norms for IT and hardware products

 Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand packaging requirements
• Liaise with vendors and printers for artwork approval and production feasibility
• Implement feedback and revisions while meeting deadlines

Creative & Market Research

• Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, and competitor designs
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance shelf appeal and brand visibility
• Optimize packaging for cost efficiency without compromising quality

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design with strong focus on packaging design
• Proven experience in IT or hardware product packaging (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW (InDesign is a plus)
• Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging materials
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and design consistency

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
