Pastry Chef

We are hiring a Lead Pastry Chef with strong French patisserie exposure to lead our artisanal bakery. This role requires hands-on leadership, menu ownership, and high-end dessert presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the pastry team end-to-end
• Create and own seasonal pastry & dessert menus
• Develop and standardize recipes with premium presentation
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and consistent quality
• Drive innovation inspired by French patisserie
• Requirements7–8 years experience as a Pastry Chef
• Mandatory experience in at least one of the listed bakeries
• Strong expertise in cakes, pastries & plated desserts
• Proven team leadership experience
• Candidates from Uttarakhand preferred
