Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Personal Care: Assisting with daily activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, diaper care, and feeding.
• Clinical Support: Monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature), administering medication on schedule, and assisting with oxygen therapy or nebulizers.
• Specialized Care: Wound care, catheter management, tracheostomy care, and post-surgical or rehabilitation support.
• Mobility & Safety: Assisting with movement, transferring, and exercises, while identifying and reducing fall hazards in the home.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of care, reporting health improvements or declines to physicians, and coordinating with family members
