Job Role: Patient Care Coordinator

Department: Marketing

Location: Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj

Experience: 1 years

Pay scale : 20k to 25k (fixed) on last day of month

Working days: 6 days working 10a.m to 6 p.m, Sunday off

Caroline Healthcare providing a medical service at home including doctor consultants, Nursing Care, ICU set up, equipments etc., established since 2020.

Job brief:

Business Development:

• Identify and approach potential clients ( who are looking for Homecare).
• Promote Caroline Healthcare services (e.g., diagnostics, ICU set-up, GDA, Nursing staff, health checkups etc).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare providers.
• Assist patients or clients in coordinating services when needed.
• Keep an eye on patients requirements, pricing, and strategies.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of healthcare services
• Strong networking abilities
• Presentable & Public speaking abilities
