Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Intern – Smart OPD (AI Enabled)

Location: Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi

Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

You will be working inside a Smart OPD powered by AI, where hospitals are transitioning from paper-based workflows to intelligent, digital, patient-first systems.

You will learn how AI + human coordination can transform patient care in real time.

What you will do (Your Role in Smart OPD):

·        Be the first point of support for patients entering OPD

·        Assist in AI-enabled patient intake & history capture

·        Coordinate appointments, queues, and patient flow smoothly

·        Help patients navigate consultation, billing, and follow-ups

·        Act as a bridge between patients, doctors, and AI workflows

·        Ensure patient data is accurately captured in digital systems

·        Support patients in understanding digital prescriptions & reports

·        Capture feedback and ensure a high-quality patient experience

What you will learn:

·        How AI is used in real hospital workflows

·        Patient journey from entry → consultation → exit

·        Exposure to doctor workflows, EMR systems, and digital health tools

·        Communication skills in a high-impact healthcare environment
