Job Title: Payment Follow-Up Executive

Location: New Delhi (Extensive travel across India)

Role Overview:

The Payment Follow-Up Executive will be responsible for coordinating with various Government Departments across India to ensure timely processing and release of payments. The role requires frequent travel, strong liaison capabilities, and experience handling government documentation and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison with Government Departments and client offices across various locations in India for payment follow-up and collection.
• Track pending payments and proactively coordinate with concerned officials for timely release.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on required documentation related to billing and payment processing.
• Ensure proper submission of invoices, supporting documents, and compliance with departmental procedures.
• Maintain records of payment status, follow-ups, and official communications.
• Travel extensively (up to 20 days per month) to client offices for in-person follow-ups and coordination.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with Government Departments or handling government clients.
• Good understanding of government documentation and payment processing procedures.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and maintain proper records.
