Payroll Accountant

We are currently hiring for the Accounts/Payroll profile.

Job Summary

* Assist in processing monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time

* Maintain and update employee salary records, attendance, leaves, and deductions

* Calculate wages, bonuses, incentives, overtime, and reimbursements

* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.

* Prepare and verify payroll reports, salary sheets, and bank transfer statements

* Assist in preparation of Form 16.

* Preparation of performance reports & calculation of incentives

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of GST, TDS and ITR filling.

* Analytical thinking

* Problem-solving skills

* Organization and attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Time management

Qualifications - Graduate (B.Com)

Experience - 2+yr
