Payroll Executive

About the Role

Support our hospitality and corporate clients with end-to-end labor law compliances. Focus on attendance tracking, document management, and statutory filings to ensure zero penalties and smooth HR operations. Ideal for organized professionals passionate about Indian labor regulations.

Core Duties

• Create accurate attendance sheets, muster rolls, and wage registers monthly.
• Request and gather all employee documents (ID proofs, bank details, PF forms) from staff, HR managers, and supervisors.
• File PF, ESI, PT, and bonus compliances via EPFO/ESIC portals.
• Maintain digital records in Excel/Tally and prepare audit-ready compliance checklists.
• Liaise with clients for timely submissions and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• B. Com /equivalent; diploma in Labor Laws a plus.
• 1-2 years in compliance/HR admin, hospitality experience preferred.
• Hands-on with EPFO portal, Excel, and basic accounting tools.
• Knowledge of Labor Codes, EPF/ESI Acts essential.
• Hands-on with Labor law softwares.
