Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and generation of UAN (Universal Account Number) on the EPF portal for new employees.
• Generation of TIC (Temporary Identity Certificate) on the ESI portal.
• Timely and accurate preparation and filing of EPF (Employees' Provident Fund) and ESI (Employees' State Insurance) returns.
• End-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable Minimum Wages Act and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audits and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with clients to collect, verify, and update employee data for payroll.
• Assist in resolving employee queries related to EPF, ESI, and salary processing.

Requirements:

• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with EPF and ESI portals.
• Familiarity with minimum wage regulations and payroll best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software.
